C. JOHN WOODBURN

President

John’s involvement in the world of franchising started in 1975. He has served as:

· President and C.E.O. of a start-up franchise system.

· Owner of a Master franchise system.

· Vice-President of Franchise Operations and/or Director of Franchising for a number of franchise systems both in-house and as a contract supplier.

· Approximately ten years ago he founded our company which now serves clients across Canada, throughout North America or Internationally.

Geographically he’s experienced in franchising throughout Canada, the United States, Europe and even the Middle East.

We believe deeply in the opportunities for individuals in franchising. John enjoys speaking and writing about franchising and serves actively on committees for the Canadian Franchise Association. He has recently been a contributing author and co-editor for the new CFA book entitled, “How To Franchise Your Business”. Some of his recent articles for franchise publications are:- “Mirror, Mirror on the Wall – Who’s the Most Successful of Them All?”, “So You Want to be a Franchisor?”, “What’s the Pedigree?”, “It’s a Great Time to Buy a Franchise”, etc.

His strong enjoyment of people, high ethics and concern for customers serve our company and clients well and sets the standards for our operation.

BETTY FRANEY

Vice President

Betty is a graduate of Loyola College in Montreal and has had experience in many different industries – pharmaceuticals, construction, real estate, giftware and appliances. Additional studies in sales, marketing and computers add to her skills

Betty has worked with us in franchising for 12 years on a part-time basis. Two years ago she joined us full time and brings to our company her organizational skills and her “people” personality.

As Betty says, “I love this growing industry. It’s a joy to watch people’s dreams come true as you help them with the purchase of the franchise of their choice.”
